Between the US and Scandinavian editions for the 4:3 broadcast aspect ratio and the US or German widescreen versions for the commentary and other extras.
GENERAL NOTES:
The series was originally broadcast 4:3 but it is likely it was filmed with a cinema release in mind (hence the widescreen presentations being open-matte).
