Comes with a paper insert which has the DVD cover on one side and chapter listing on the other.
The case incorrectly states that the aspect ratio is 2.35:1 and that the English track as being 2.0 Surround.
The disc also includes English closed captions.
The full frame version is cropped at the side and opened up top and bottom.

NOTE:
Originally released in 3D in a matted aspect ratio of 2.39:1; shot using the spherical McNabb 3-D system (dual-strip 3-D) (single-strip / above-below release print). It's not clear if the 1.78:1 version on all DVDs and BD is open matte or cropped from 2.39:1 although compositions look balanced at 1.78:1.

When compared to the 1.33:1 version on the 2001 US DVD, there is horizontal cropping at the sides but additional vertical information top and bottom.
