The Vinegar Syndrome editions come from a new 4K restoration of the original camera negative and features a brief sex scene not included on the Synapse editions - which come from an older HD master - along with new extras and two cuts of the film.

Choosing between the three Vinegar Syndrome editions will depend on availibility and whether you want one or both cuts (or neither) in 4K.

GENERAL NOTES:
Four versions of the film exist:
- the festival cut featuring a softcore lesbian sex scene - details of which can be found HERE included in the German theatrical version which was otherwise censored (~108 minutes);
- the Swedish version with hardcore inserts added by the director (~107 minutes);
- the US theatrical version titled "They Call Her One Eye" (~82 minutes);
- Synapse's "Vengeance Edition" (~103 minutes) which was created by trimming out the hardcore inserts and eye gouging scene for wider sales.

• Blu-ray ALL 4K Standard Edition America- Vinegar Syndrome - No cuts - includes the extended cut (108:14) with a minute of exit music and thirty seconds of Vinegar Syndrome closing logo, and the U.S. cut (90:03).
• Blu-ray ALL Blu-ray Limited Edition America- Vinegar Syndrome - No cuts - includes the extended cut (108:14) with a minute of exit music and thirty seconds of Vinegar Syndrome closing logo, and the U.S. cut (90:03).
• Blu-ray ALL Vinegar Syndrome Exclusive Limited Edition America- Vinegar Syndrome - No cuts - includes the extended cut (108:14) with a minute of exit music and thirty seconds of Vinegar Syndrome closing logo, and the U.S. cut (90:03).
• Blu-ray ALL Canada- Synapse Films - No cuts - Includes the Swedish version (106:43) and the cut "Vengeance Edition", in which the sex scenes are removed and the eye scene is shortened (103:01 NTSC)
