-R2 German 2-disc SE (Paramount) has the longest version available (additional scene), basically all the extras from the MGM SE -releases (it´s only missing the "Photo gallery" and booklet, but has a few bonus trailers), and original Mono-track for the purists.
-The MGM 2-disc SE´s have the exclusive DTS soundtrack (do note that the Japan SE does not include the audio commentary).
General notes:
German "Paramount" SE (by TLEFilms), and MGM SE -releases are using the different restoration, which are both very good. 5.1-track on the German -release is from the MGM, but Mono-track is restored by TLEFilms.
