"The Coppola Restoration" trilogy 5-disc editions have the most extras with the two bonus discs. Note the US release has the original mono soundtrack for the first and second films as an option.
The Japanese "The Paradise Collection" release has an exclusive bonus disc with a documentary promoting the 2006 video game, but lacks many of the extras from "The Coppola Restoration" trilogy editions.
