The 5-disc "The Knockout Collection" and 7-disc "The Ultimate Knockout Collection" releases have a bonus disc of extras.

When originally released, the theatrical version features a shot in 1.78:1 as opposed to its OAR of 1.85:1. Warner/MGM are currently doing a replacement program for the disc containing the theatrical version in its entirety in the original 1.85:1 aspect ratio. To receive your replacement, contact Warner at WHV@wbd.com. The 6-film collections have corrected discs.

Note the "The Making of Rocky vs. Drago: Keep Punching" documentary on the bonus discs are a shortened version. The full length version can be found on Amazon Prime and on Stallone's YouTube channel.
