OVERALL: Draw
For extras, the identical US and UK Arrow releases have the lengthiest extras.
For audio, the Thai, Hong Kong, and Australia editions for the Japanese 5.1 track. The Japanese release is also the only one we are aware of without the audio substitution.
For extras, the US, German SE, UK, and Australian releases have the documentary and minor trailer extras, while the French and Japanese releases have some other exclusives.
Audio Substitution
During the original theatrical release, the sound of a Hercules C-130H airlifter descending and crashing into a building can be heard clearly. After 9/11 happened, some releases, if not all BUT the Japanese DE (will update as confirmations happen), have had this effect removed and replaced with the score being clearer. Thanks to Steven_Feldman for this information. -
