This release uses artificial motion to hide damaged or missing frames at some minor points throughout the film. This is done instead of delete them from the film.
On the "Soulblade" English soundtrack, the last 2 seconds of the theme ends with no abruptions. However, the Mei Ah version's Cantonese and Mandarin soundtracks end 2 seconds earlier with an abruption (not too noticeable) although it ends with a freeze frame and 'The End' -

OVERALL: Draw
The Soulblade disc has 5.1 sound and some decent extras, but due to the way the disc was encoded the film is displayed incorrectly on widescreen televisions. Rewind feels this warrants a draw between the two releases.
