The 5-disc French and UK release for including both versions of the film and having the most extras.

The following versions of the movie are known (SPOILERS):
- The Theatrical Version (~122min),
- The Altered Theatrical Version (~122min), in which the "jump cut" when Karras expels the demon from his body at the end has been replaced by a subtle morph, and the 70s Warner Bros. logo has been replaced by a recent one.
- The Director's Cut AKA "The Version You've Never Seen" (~132min).
- The Altered Director's Cut AKA "Director’s Expanded Cut", in which two of the demon/gargoyle face effects have been removed (~132min).

Also note that :
- On all Blu-ray editions, the Warner Bros. logos have been changed on both versions of the movie, compared to the DVD releases.
- The original Unaltered Theatrical Version is available on DVD and 4K while the Unaltered Director's Cut is available on DVD only. Do note, the original 70's Warner Bros. logo on the Unaltered Theatrical Version is replaced with the recent one for the 4K.
