Theatrical and Extended versions
The R4 Australia release includes a "Making of AVP" featurette, Darkhorse AVP Comic Covers Gallery and all the extras found on the R2/3 SE and Extreme Edition releases. The R1 release also includes these extras, as well as exclusive DVD-ROM content, but omits a lot of other extras.

Theatrical and Unrated versions
The R2 UK Definitive Edition has the best extras, including 11 deleted scenes on its second disc (instead of only 3, but one exclusive, on R1 Unrated Edition). Do note extras offered on the second disc of R1 and R2 UK are the same than those found on the original R2/3/4 releases (except for the missing deleted scenes on R1).

General notes
There are 3 different versions available of the film:
1) Original "PG-13 Theatrical" version.
2) "Extended" version, only addition being the alternate opening sequence.
3) "Unrated" version, with ~8 minutes of new material.

*1:07:57-1:08:41: Theorizing about predators.
