- R0 DC offers the preferred version of Jess Franco uncut, with a proper transfer and the best set of extra-features.
- R0 X-Rated "French version" includes X-rated scenes which were not made by Franco (the shorter version is the "Director´s Cut") and it's English-friendly.
According to author Stephen Thrower (Murderous Passions: The Delirious Cinema of Jess Franco) there are four versions of this film:
1.) The director's cut
2.) The Spanish version (99 Mujeres); a differently edited version with none of the sexually explicit material.
3.) The 1974 French hardcore version which adds just over eight minutes of hard material shot by Claude Sendron (X-rated version).
4.) The Greek video release which contains an expansion of Zoe's flashback scene shot in the USA by other hands (this material is in the deleted scenes on the Blue Underground disc).

It is said to be the re-edited US version (with a few additional fragments from a German negative). BU left out footage from the far longest German negative. - R0 X-Rated Limited Edition America- Blue Underground - No cuts - "X-Rated French Version" (98:10 NTSC).
- R0 Australia- Umbrella Entertainment - No cuts - "Unrated Director’s Cut" (89:27 NTSC).
- R2 Scandinavia- Another World Entertainment - No Cuts. Includes both the Director's cut (89:28 - PAL) and the XXX version (98:03 - PAL).
- R2 Spain- Suevia Films - No cuts - shorter Spanish domestic covered version (78:45 PAL)
