OVERALL: Draw

The US and Australian releases have proper transfers (NTSC and PAL respectively), but the Aussie release lacks the extras. The other two are NTSC > PAL conversions and have the Blue Underground extras. The Scandinavian release has an additional featurette (that may be available on other Franco releases).

Although the copyright on the print states 1970 this premiered in Italy in August 1969.

GENERAL NOTES:
The film was altered considerably from Franco's intended version by shuffling footage, adding inserts and dialogue, and removing other footage, as well as adding psychedelic opticals. The Italian version edited by Bruno Mattei is shorter but appears to be closer to Franco's original intent, although different opticals were added to this version that he did not approve.
