-If you want the movie with its full original dialogue, then you should go to either the R0 Arrow SE, the more recent Arrow 2010 AE, the R0 SE Australia, or the R1 Scream Factory CE; all releases are anamorphic and feature different extras (the latter Scream Factory release however features a new transfer). It should be also noted the Behind The Scenes footage on the original Anchor Bay release (which also features the original Mono) is different than the one seen on the later editions.
-If you are not bothered by the dialogue substitutions, then R1 Anchor Bay SE has an English DTS track and the best extras.
-R2 Germany has some exclusive extras and the original Mono souindtrack, but dialogue substitution is presently unconfirmed.
-R2 UK Trilogy of The Dead set includes 2 exclusive documentaries.
