If you need an English-friendly edition, go for the R1 (it seems that the R2 UK release has forced subtitles, and it's not confirmed whether or not the R4 subtitles are forced).

The R2 French edition has an alternate DD5.1 soundtrack and some nice extras, but there are no English subtitles for the film or the extras.
