The R1 Columbia and R2 MGM UK are anamorphic, and have English audio.
The R2 Italian release also has an anamorphic transfer and two Italian-audio options, but note that it is a slightly edited cut of the Italian version.

Regarding the CDE Italian DVD:
The original scene order
- a talk between a monk and a kid - opening shootout - credits sequence - Indio Black arrives in town.
The DVD scene order
- a few shots from the end of the shootout, including two lines of dialogue - the credits ending with shots of Indio arriving in town - a talk between a monk and a kid - opening shootout with final two lines of dialogue missing - Indio arriving in town

CUTS:

• R1 America- Columbia Tristar Home Entertainment - No cuts
• R2 Italy- CDE - Yes - Italian version with slightly different to the opening and 22 seconds of missing footage (99:03 PAL)
