OVERALL: Draw
Between the R2 Arrow release for the Italian soundtrack (in addition to being English friendly and containing an English track) and the best extras and R1 Anchor Bay for the English 5.1 sound and some differing extras.
Do note the Synapse release has an anamorphic transfer and both the international stereo and U.S. mono tracks.
Do note that R0 Germany from Raptor, R2 UK from Platinum Media and R4 Australia also have differing extras not found on the R1 or R2 Arrow, but they are not anamorphic.
R5 is said to be the Director's Cut, but it's just probably "uncut".
GENERAL NOTES:
There are two principal versions of the film:
- the Italian/English export version in Dolby Stereo.
- the mono American theatrical release version which had some changes to the dubbing and some added music and sound effects as well as some slight trims to remove product placement.
