GENERAL NOTES:
During the production process and the film's initial release it was censored (as described in the commentary). In 1935 the film was re-released and was heavily censored, reducing the running time to around 82 minutes. The cut missing footage was not restored recently, however around 2 1/2 minutes are still missing. The version released on DVD (across all regions) is the most complete release available today. -
