We have received inquiries from some customers who have experienced playback issues while watching the UHD disc with Dolby Vision enabled. While most customers will not experience playback issues, certain player and TV combinations will result in crashes around the 2-hour mark. If you are experiencing any trouble while watching the UHD disc with Dolby Vision, you can disable Dolby Vision for immediate and issue free playback while you wait to receive the replacement disc. We are currently re-manufacturing the disc to ensure universal playability. The Blu-ray disc is not affected.

Customers who purchased LOOKING FOR MR. GOODBAR from VinegarSyndrome.com will automatically receive a replacement UHD disc in February.

Customers who purchased the release from other retailers must contact us with proof of purchase to receive a replacement disc (please do not contact the retailer).!
