There seems to be the German-release ("Der Löwe von Theben"), but no specs.

  -A title card at the very beginning (setting up the story) is written in English.
  -Right after that, there's a scene of Mark Forest carrying the queen ashore from the shipwreck (the US credit sequence skips right to the footage of the wreckage).
