OVERALL: Draw
Identical specs.
GENERAL NOTES:
The film is available in two versions:
- the first version (~82 minutes at 24fps/~79 minutes at 25fps) copyrighted 1992 with the original CGI effects by Digital Fantasy and a score by Tony Riparetti which went out as a screener and appeared on tape overseas but was withdrawn when Disney threatened a lawsuit because of the resemblance of the effects sequences to TRON;
- the release version copyrighted 1993 (~81 minutes at 24fps/~78 minutes at 25fps) with replacement effects by DHD Postimage.
The film was shot on 35mm while the digital effects sequences - both the original effects and the replacement CGI - were finished on video. The Blu-ray transfer is an AI upscale of the video master. -
CUTS:
- Blu-ray ALL America- Full Moon Features - No cuts - release version with replacement effects (81:05)
- Blu-ray ALL Canada- Full Moon Features - No cuts - release version with replacement effects (81:05)
