AE from Lionsgate for the 5.1 track, being Anamorphic and having more substantial extras (though note the edits to one of the featurettes in the cut section). Note that the R2's have a nice selection of extras that are different to the R1 AE.
Do note though that the R1 Artisan release appears to have some exclusive easter eggs but it's non-anamorphic with only Stereo sound. -

R1 15th Anniversary Edition America- Lionsgate Home Entertainment - No cuts to the feature, but the "1991 Promotional" featurette is trimmed in comparison to the featurette on the Artisan disc (thanks to Paul Rudoff for the info):
- At 0:42, clip from "Roxanne" and short B-roll clip of Steve Martin and producer Daniel Melnick talking. (8 seconds)
- At 2:26, clip of Harris and Sandee having dinner and a short Sarah Jessica Parker interview clip. (32 seconds)
- At 5:07, replaces B-roll clip of Steve Martin & Sarah Jessica Parker with B-roll footage from a different scene. (6 seconds) - R2 Germany- Kinowelt Home Entertainment - No cuts (90:34 PAL).

R2 Scandinavia- Soul Media - No cuts, but some dialogue changed (91:22 PAL).
- At 79:18 - dialogue changed from "Americans kill them" to "Americans sue them". - R2 United Kingdom- Momentum Pictures - No cuts (90:34 PAL).
