OVERALL: Draw
Th R1 2-disc has the most extras, the English stereo track, and all are English friendly, while the German Mediabook has exclusive extras but they are not English-friendly.
GENERAL NOTES:
Although copyrighted 1983 the film seems to have been shot in December 1983 - January 1984. Variety announced it's imminent production in early December and Fulvia Film announced it's completion in May '84. This is from Stephen Thrower's book Beyond Terror: The Films of Lucio Fulci (1999 / 2018).
IMDB claim it was shot January - February 1984. -
