The German trilogy set has more extras while the mediabooks have a 5.1 upmix option.
Note the R0 German box set release offers some different extras, though mainly for "The Hills Have Eyes".
There is also a vanilla release available from Anchor Bay UK under there 'Horror Classics' label which should be avoided.
