Two versions of this film exist:
(1.) The original theatrical cut (123 minutes).
(2.) The director’s cut (100 minutes).
ADDITIONAL INFO:
On the commentary track on the DC, director Tony Scott refers to the original theatrical version as both the ‘Ray Stark Cut’, and the ‘Studio Cut’. He says that his shorter version is how he always wanted the film, and that it is in fact the definitive version, the longer cut of the film he considers to be nothing more than a rough cut. -
