OVERALL: Draw
The identical UK Ultimate Rekall Edition and German Digital Remastered Uncut edition both have a new 4K transfer. Note it has a new Verhoeven interview but loses many extras from other previous editions.
For extras the 2-disc German Special Edition, Scandinavian Special Edition and UK Limited Edition releases include an additional commentary track.
For audio the Korean Special Edition has a DTS track with the bonus disc of extras while the Japanese edition has a full bitrate DTS track but has fewer extras. -
