Easter eggs:From the disc's main menu go to the "Special Features". Here press the "right" arrow key on your remote control to highlight the spaceship. If you press "enter" now, you will get to see some "B roll" footage with makeup tests.
On the second page of "Special Features" you can do the same thing and highlight the Pyramid. This will allow you to watch even more additional behind the scenes footage - this time a mob scene clip.
If you highlight the hidden elements in the "Cast and Crew" section you will get to see a stunt test clip, and in the "Languages" menu you can access yet another brief stunt test clip.
Another clip can be found in the scene selections on the disc. Go to the "Scenes Selections" for chapter 7 - 12 and scroll through all of the chapters until you highlight a hidden Psychlo image. Pressing "enter" will bring up a scene of an extra shooting a bazooka.
If you watch the film with the audio commentary on, occasionally a Psychlo letter will appear on the screen. Selecting it will then take you to some interesting behind the scenes footage of that particular scene. All these clips from the commentary can also be accessed directly with your remote control. Simply go directly to titles 19 - 32 and you'll get to see these clips. -

OVERALL: Draw
Avoid the UK release as it has a censorship cut.
Note that the The DVD Special Edition is "edited for home video" that changes several small scenes including the ending.
Three short scenes were removed from the DVD release:
- Terl gleefully scolding the bartender after offering him a shady deal.
- Ker wonders if humans can fly, prompting Terl to pick one of them up and throw him off the edge of a cliff, which of course kills the human. Terl responds that this is why he's an officer and Ker his assistant.
- In the scene at the library, Terl tells Johnny one of the books might give him a good recipe for raw rat.
- A scene where Johnny and the other humans try to find instructions to the bomb is added in the Video and DVD release
- In the nightclub scene with Ms. Terl she promises that Terl will be "as happy as a baby Psychlo on a steady diet of kerbango". In the theatrical release the line she delivered was differently phrased and ended in "as happy as a baby in a crib full of Kerbango."
Information on the difference between the UK cut version and the home video version can be found at Movie-Censorship. -
