OVERALL: R2
Specification-wise, both the English friendly releases (US and UK) have different book(let)s to distinguish them, but the UK release has optional subtitles. The R2 Dutch release doesn't have English subtitles.
Note that the UK set also has a far better transfer than the US, which can be seen in the below link.
