Director's Cut:
The US 2-Disc release has a DTS-ES track and lengthy extras. Do note that this release includes a different introduction by Paul Haggis, and drops the "Behind the Scenes" featurette and "If I..." music video by Kansascali from previous theatrical version release.
The German 2-Disc release also has many extras, and includes the "Behind the Scenes" featurette and the music video by Kansascali, with a Dolby Digital 5.1 track, but lacks the director's introduction.

Theatrical version:
The Scandinavian release offers a DTS audio track for the film.
The US Best Buy Exclusive widescreen edition has some exclusive extras on the bonus disc.
The French release includes an exclusive interview with cast and crew.
