The Hong Kong release includes DTS and the best extras, however these extras are not English friendly.
The UK or US Tartan releases also include DTS and some extras, which are subtitled. These are the best releases if you require English subtitles.
Avoid the French release as the transfer is in an incorrect ratio.
The choice is yours as to what is more important. -
