The R1 An American Icon set has the film in a proper anamorphic transfer, but R2 UK "John Wayne at War" set includes an exclusive interview.
NOTE:
The UK "John Wayne: Complete Collection" set includes additional interviews (with Harry Carey Jr. and Peter Bogdanovich) and two documentaries by Leonard Maltin. It has also additional films in "Bonus set".
TRIVIA:
This was in production 1949-50 but due to Howard Hughes constant tinkering it wasn't completed until 1957 and had many uncredited directors.
The last RKO Radio Picture until 1986's Half Moon Street.
OAR is listed on IMDB as being RKO Scope (2.00:1) but was shot 1.37:1 on the negative and matted in projection. -
