French release has English subtitles on the main feature (unconfirmed if the extras have subtitles) and nice extras, while the German release has the best setup of extras features (same as French plus deleted scene and text pages) but lacks English subtitles.
Scandinavian release is confirmed to have English subtitles on the extras but not on the film. -
