The R2 German Koch mediabook release is listed as having stereo audio and some additional minor extras.
Versions:
Director Robert Altman and producer Dino De Laurentiis disputed over the editing of the film (which led to Altman being fired as the director of De Laurentiis' production of "Ragtime").
Altman's cut won the Golden Bear at the 1976 Berlin Film Festival and was released in the US, UK, Canada, & France. De Laurentiis' shorter cut was released in some European territories.
