The US 100th Anniversary Collector's Edition has the restored 133 minute talkie version with the most extras.
There are several versions of the film, including the premiere 152 minute silent version with synchronized sound, 133 minute restored talkie version, 133 minute international sound version, plus other reissue and international variants.
Note that there is information that the German DVD is missing footage compared to earlier VHS and broadcast versions, with details found here. Unconfirmed whether this is only for the German DVD or for all PAL DVDs. -
