OVERALL: Draw
R2 Dutch SE has the edge over the German "Deluxe Edition", for having the additional long documentary and interviews. Note, that these releases are not English friendly.
For an English friendly release, R1 and the R2 UK SE have basically the same content but the former is an anamorphic PAL to NTSC transfer (follow the Beaver link) while the latter is a proper (progressive) but non-anamorphic one - the latter is likely preferable being artifact free (but it does have burnt-in subtitles). The final choice is yours. -
CUTS:
- R1 America- Zeitgeist Films - No cuts (115:36 NTSC).
- R2 Deluxe Edition Germany- Warner Home Video - No cuts (115:37 PAL).
