The US Criterion re-release has substantial film-related extras and an anamorphic transfer.
The UK release Sanctuary Digital Entertainment release includes some exclusive extras, but note the film is non-anamorphic.
The Universal 100th Anniversary release is anamorphic and has some exclusive extras, but note they are not directly film-related.
"Charade" is in the public domain and there are countless bargain basement DVDs with substandard transfers, all taken from secondary sources, such as TV broadcasts, VHS video, etc. Only the Criterion, Universal, UK Park Circus and German Concorde releases are from Universal's restored original vault materials.
