Between the R1 America, R2 Holland SE, R2 UK and R4. The only difference is some bonus trailers and DVD ROM material on the Region 1 and R4. Avoid the original R2 Holland release as it loses all the extras execept the commentary.
NOTE, for the R1 Canadian release: Some copies of the first printing are badly authored and are missing the tanning booth scene. -
