OVERALL: Draw
The Limited Edition R1 US includes excellent extras including an extended making-of exclusive to that release, plus some collectibles. If you require English subtitles this is the version of choice.
If you can understand Japanese then the R2 Japanese Limited Edition 2-disc set features an audio commentary plus all the other extras (however the making-of is the shorter original version) it also includes some cool collectibles. Note that this set is OOP and may be hard to find, in that case there is the single disc version that misses out on most of the extras but at least includes the commentary.
The choice is yours as to what is more important, or whether you need English subtitles. -
