The German release has the best extras but is an NTSC > PAL transfer but the UK VCI / Cinema Club has a proper PAL transfer plus some modest extras.

NOTE:

Most likely the original UK aspect ratio would've been 1.75:1 but in the US 1.85:1 and possibly on the continent 1.66:1. It was almost certainly shot safe for all three.
