If you select and play title track 2, a strange little string of stills will run along with audio commentary on how they had to replace the Hispanic boy at the end of the movie.
Go to Languages then highlight FRANCAIS and hit RIGHT. A green dot will show up click on it. A set stills will run while talking about a deleted scene with Cyberdyne systems.
Go to special features, choose DVD ROM features. If you hit the right arrow from the bottom selection on a regular DVD player, it highlights the bottom square on the grid above the menu items and tells you a little about how Bill Paxton and friends were chosen for the punk scene (~10 seconds worth of material).
Go to scene selection. Page over to scenes 13-16. Arrow down until the green box lights in the top border and hit enter and there's a commentary regarding extra dialogue. Follow the same procedure for scenes 25-28 and there's a commentary with Jim Cameron on Stan Winston's FX. Same deal with scenes 29-32 with a commentary from Cameron on Cyborgs in general.
Go to special features and select then arrow down until the green box lights at the top. There's a commentary with Brad Fiedel on sound effects. After this is over, hit enter on DVD-ROM features then arrow RIGHT until the green box lights at the bottom of the border. Hit enter and you'll have Stan Winston commenting on FX. -

Easter eggs:1) On Side A of the disk, go to languages, scroll down to French and go RIGHT. It will highlight a small box along the frame of the slide. Hit Enter and you can watch a small Behind The Scenes clip.

OVERALL: Draw
The R2 French, Dutch, UK and Scandinavian Ultimate/Definitive Editions for including a new transfer with an English DTS track and the most extras. The Scandinavian release has some "Art cards".
Do note that, although the R2 Japanese UE is missing the two featurettes from the other UEs, it does include some bonus easter eggs.
R6 China has a Full-Bitrate DTS 6.1 soundtrack but is cut.
Notes
The R1 US releases, R2 France TF1 and the R3 SE include the original mono track for purists. The Image Entertainment and TF1 Vid releases are Non-Anamorphic.
