The German release has the original Spanish soundtack, but only with German subtitles, and has also the best set of extra features, all of which are not English friendly, except the audio commentary.
Do note that the US release has only a few extras, but it offers English subtitles on the original Spanish soundtrack.
Like many Spanish horror films from the period before General Franco's death in 1975 this exists in two versions; the "clothed" Spanish theatrical version and the "unclothed" International version.
