Hi,
I've been trying to add some corrections but the form does not appear to work. I just get the same screen asking for the two words and I get no acknowledgement that it has been submitted. I assume these aren't getting through.
Please help
trying to add correction but form won't let me

Re: trying to add correction but form won't let me
Hi there
I can confirm that the form is working fine as I've had corrections through from other people and I have just tested it again myself.
If your submission is successful, the form disappears and is replaced with:
SUBMISSION WAS SUCCESSFUL - THANK YOU FOR YOUR FEEDBACK.
If you get the verification wrong, the reCAPTCHA box will tell you ('Incorrect. Try Again') and a message above the 'Your Name' box will say:
RECAPTCHA VERIFICATION FAILED - PLEASE TRY AGAIN!
If you don't complete the form in full, the message above the 'Your Name' box will revert to the regular instruction of:
PLEASE COMPLETE THE FORM IN FULL - INCLUDING THE RECAPTCHA VERIFICATION!
If it's not obvious what's happening, it's likely that you are not completing the form in full.
