Movies:
Hijacking (TV)
Good scandinavian "suspense" movie regarding pirates hiajcking a ship - 7/10.

Blue Velvet (French Blu)
Absolute Lynch masterpiece - 10/10

The We and the I (French Blu)
I thought this was going to be no good, quite OK after all, but far from Gondry's best. Original though - 6/10.

Dracula (1931) (UK Blu)
First viewing of this classic (it was about time). I was "surprised" to see the vampires have hardly any teeth in this movie ;) 8/10

Dangerous Liaisons (French Blu)
I hadn't rewatched this for maybe 15 years, so this was a great rediscovery. Everything is just wonderful, fantastic actors, writing is just awesome… - 9/10

The Deep (TV)
True story of an Icelandic fisherman who survived in frozen water for several hours, interesting - 6/10

Machete Kills (TV)
Guilty pleasure :) 7/10

Frankenstein (1931) (UK Blu)
Another classic, great Boris Karloff! 8/10

Dagmar (TV)
Good "dark" Viking movie, I liked it - 7/10.

Atame! (US Blu)
First viewing of this classic by Almodovar. Probably not my personal favorite, I think the man did better, but this is really the kind of movie I like : daring, sexual, and with unexpected developments - 8/10.

Mummy (Theater)
First time I watched a Xavier Dolan film… well this is just a masterpiece. Actors are just fantastic, wonderful soundtrack, not much really happens after all, but the director always manages to keep you in the movie despite its length (~2h20) - 9/10.

Flowers of War (HK Blu)
The first part that includes war scenes (extended on this edition) entertwined with the main story was really great. Unfortunately the second part is quite slow… and a bit too much on the "tragedic" side IMO - 7/10.

The Mummy (1932) (UK Blu)
Following of the Universal monsters, Karloff is probably even more impressive here - 8/10.

Les Garçons et Guillaume, à table! (TV)
A good laugh for this autobiographic story, in which a teenager boy and his mother both consider the boy to be… a girl - 8/10.

Dredd (TV)
Excellent surprise, I had in mind the Stallone movie and didn't expect something as violent and dark. Maybe the greatest "assault" movie I watched for a long time (with The Raid) - 8/10.

The Counselor (US Blu)
Critics were bad, so I didn't expect much. Well, I found the Director's cut to be unequal, but really interesting after all. Kind of peculiar maybe, but this is the kind of movie you have to watch at least twice to get into, IMO - 6/10.

Interstellar (Theater)
I liked McConaughey and most of the story… but it lacks something to really become a matserpiece. Some really good ideas, but also elements coming from 2001 and Mission to Mars. Not convinced by the ending - 8/10.

Hunger Games: Catching Fire (TV)
Good follow-up of the first movie, with a good part of the story concerning the world of Hunger Games, and not the game itself - 7/10.

The Invisible Man (1933) (UK Blu)
This Invisible Man is a really bad guy… another great classic! 8/10

Series:
Borgia #3 (TV)
Kind of in-between: still not as good as season one, but really better than the second one - 8/10.

Slayers #5 (Evolution-R) (US Blu)
As "Revolution", this is still pleasant but not as the Legacy seasons - 7/10.

Utopia #2 (TV)
A really great UK series, with an astonishing first episode - 8/10.

Engrenages #4 (French Blu)
Not the best season (season 3 was really something), but really good - 8/10.

Engrenages #5 (TV)
Awesome fifth season, too bad the ending is a bit disappointing… otherwise I would have given a 10. Best French series ever? 9/10
