32 - Eggshells (UK Blu)
Maybe the worst movie I ever watched : boring and pointless - 1/10.

33 - The Captive (Broadcast)
Disappearance movie : not really bad, but not very memorable either - 6/10.

34 - Sous le Soleil de Satan (French Blu)
First watching of the French movie that won the Palme d'Or at Cannes 30 years ago. I rally liked the actors, the deep story and the strange mood. Not an easy film to enjoy, and I guess a second viewing would be recommended - 8/10.

35 - Kingsman (Broadcast)
Entertaining, but clearly not the mastpiece some can think it is - 7/10.

36 - American Sniper (French Blu)
Second watching after the theaters : not unpleasant, but kind of stuck between two sides - 6/10.

37 - Favelas (Broadcast)
Classic thriller, with action taking place in the favelas - 6/10.

38 - Tetro (US Blu)
Still not convinced by this movie, despite Vincent Gallo and the beautiful pictures - 5/10.

39 - Brazil (US Blu)
Terry Gilliam's absolute masterpiece - 10/10.

40 - The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2 (UK Blu)
Second watching, but again I disn't enjoy this movie : it's not scary and I didn't really laugh either - 4/10.

41 - Une Nouvelle Amie (French Blu)
Great story and actors on a difficult subject (a man dressing himelsf with women's clothes) : another proof that Ozon is a director worth following, depite a few mess-ups - 7/10.

42 - Cold in July (Broadcast)
I liked Michael C. Hall, but this is all too classic to be really above the lot - 6/10.

43 - The Revenant (Theater)
This is a movie I had been waiting for a very long time. This is not the masterpiece I hoped for, but a damn memorable movie, with fantastic pictures, one of Di Caprio's greatest roles (on par with Aviator ?) - 8/10.

44 - Following (US Blu)
Nolan's first movie : already a classic - 8/10.

45 - Hell on Wheels #3 (French Blu)
Just a notch below season 2, but this is always a more than enjoyable show - 7/10.

46 - Cowboy Bebop #1 (US Blu)
Japanese have directed many great animation series, but Cowboy bebop, even after 20 years, always stands among the greatest - 9/10.

47 - The Heisters (Short) (UK Blu)
Short Tobe Hooper's movie offered with Eggshells - 5/10.

48 - Doodlebug (Short) (US Blu)
Very short movie by Christopher Nolan offered on Following disc - 6/10.

Harold and Maude (1971) - Great movie, really dark and tough content, a movie like this would never be made under the studio system today... it's kind of surprising to think that even back then a studio green-lit this picture. Kudos to Paramount though, easily one of Hal Ashby's best films.
Samir: You know there's nothing wrong with that name.
Michael Bolton: There was nothing wrong with it... until I was about 12 years old and that no-talent ass clown became famous and started winning Grammys. (Office Space)

Condorman. Was one of the first movies I ever saw on video back in the day. It's doggy-plop by any standards. Everything about it is so stiff, from the performances to the staging of the action sequences. Michael Crawford is a talented, charming guy, but you can practically see him clinging onto his American accent whenever he speaks. Oliver Reed looks tipsy, but this is not surprise. The whole enterprise is just so smug.
