Embittered by the violent tragedy, the officer (James Faulkner), along with three of his farmworkers, sets out to hunt down the guerillas and avenge the tragic death of his loved one.
This is a gritty revenge thriller set during the British colonial years of Southern Rhodesia in the 70s.
Christopher Lee, Sybil Danning and Trevor Howard co-star.
Genre: Drama, Thriller
Worth watching? Only if you like obscure 70s revenge thrillers
Worth re-watching? Yes, if you’re a fan of Christopher Lee
Bottom-line? If you like watching obscure 70s revenge thrillers, this comes recommended.
The DVD is very hard to find. The best release was the German release, which is now OOP. Hoping to see it on Blu-ray.
