Intersections aka Collision - Different ARs? Longer version?

I have a DVD that says "Intersections" in the credits, and it seems open matte (16:9).
I checked online and found that online streaming provider Hotstar too features the same version (Intersections in opening credits, and AR 16:9).

(1) Is it possible that the film was reformatted into this newer AR when it was released with this alternative title?

(2) Are the two DVDs comapared here http://www.dvdcompare.net/comparisons/f ... ?fid=45765 - both with "Collision" in opening credits?

(3) Where can one find the longer version?
