Question regarding TV reviews?

If one does not own said disc(s), but finds a review online, with all the info needed, other than the running time of the episodes-could it still be add?
I know it's important when it comes to movie/feature it's a must. However so much more could be added in regards to TV series. Since most reviewer almost never bother with TV-episodes running time.

Case and point; I have here "Archer: Season 7" DVD review. Has everything but the episodes running time.
