Some of the DVD and Blu-ray's for movies like The Terminator (1984) and Return of the Living Dead (1985) do not have their original mono tracks included with their official releases while the rest of them do.
What I'm interested in knowing is: are there any movies or tv shows that never got their original soundtrack mixes officially released on DVD, Blu-ray, and 4K at all?

Arguably King of the Hill, season 12 has Dolby Digital 5.1. On IMDB they didn't start till season 13 [https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0118375/technical?ref_=tt_spec_sm]. Further proof is on “Trans-Fascism” it has the Dolby Surround appear on the bottom of the opening theme. Plus that season 12 carries over episodes from previous season the never aired due to sports game going in to overtime, until then. Which makes for an interesting watch with the slight change in animation quality in the episodes.

With older TV show, licensing the original music has been costly so there are a lot from the 70s, 80s, and 90s in which the music is altered. Some films as well.
Sometimes the original audio is lost. The Korean film “Yongary”, the original audio track is lost so an English dub is what is on the DVD and Blu-ray. There are also examples of early talkies in which the original audio is lost.
