The other DVDs you have listed are in a 1.85:1 aspect ratio. According to a review (with screenshots) on the Amazon page, that version is CROPPED. This Mill Creek DVD, although it lacks extras, is the original 1.33:1 aspect ratio, as it originally aired on TV in 1996.
