The French UHD has HDR10, not SDR. I own this release (and also the one from Camera Obscura, Germany). The German release has HDR10. (both companies are doing some projects together, also this one - in the French release, they give credit to Camera Obscura. It wouldn^t make a lot of sense, if the French are using a different grading than the Germans).

Yes, they are optional for all three discs. But oddly enough, you only can change the subtitles by remote, there is no option in the menues to do that.
