Surely if it's "sourced from the 1991 Image Entertainment laserdisc" then it's a bootleg?

Is there anywhere on the packaging that states it was licensed from Image or MGM?

It's actually an analog transfer with analog lines through it.

According to MediaOutlet.com's website, their "web store space is provided by Vindohosting.com located in the Seychelles, and as such all business conducted by MediaOutlet.com takes place within the legal jurisdiction of the Seychelles." So it's probably a bootleg. Sorry I suggested this.
Speaking of which, the only DVD by them on this site that isn't a bootleg is their DVD of the 1955 Producers' Showcase telecast of "Peter Pan," as I have never seen that specific transfer (which includes some sponsor commercials and the awarding of the Emmy) on any other DVD. The Peter Pan 1960 TV special, however, appears to be a bootleg of the GoodTimes transfer, albeit without the opening and closing bumpers and no "Copyright (C) 1989 NBC, Inc." bumper.

No worries, James: it's good that stuff like this gets highlighted once in a while. Nonetheless, the Peter Pan show is also a boot, as is everything on their sites. For instance, all DVDs are region 0, NTSC and no copyright or licensing indicators anywhere. That includes obviously copyrighted material with existing major distributors, like their Beatles releases.

Copyright may have expired on Peter Pan.

Absolutely not. Apart from the original story rights, there are various other underlying copyrights, such as for the songs and music. The TV versions on that website are owned by Universal Studios. You'll find links to all this if you start looking here.

I thought kinescopes weren't copyrighted but what was recorded on them were. I could be wrong, though.

The recording or carrier medium makes no difference whatsoever. Copyrighted material is copyrighted material.

Well... I could smell it! Anyhoo, in its current form it's a pretty useless listing and from the description looks to be comprised wholly of copyrighted material. Lastly, no release of that title appears on either website.
